Dream Displays
Dream Displays lets players stream videos and livestreams onto in-game screens, shared by everyone who is near them on a server.
What it does
Players create displays in the world and point them at a video or livestream link, then watch the playback on the screen. Displays can be sized, rotated and adjusted for brightness, and a fullscreen mode suits events and presentations. A media player offers search and Picture-in-Picture while a display plays.
Playback can run as a local copy on each client or as a synchronized broadcast from the server, so everyone watches the same frame at the same time. Sound is positioned in 3D around each screen, with volume adjustable up to 200 percent. Hardware-accelerated decoding keeps playback smooth on modest computers.
The mod is client and server, so the server and every player need it. It requires Fabric API and is published for Fabric, NeoForge and Quilt, plus server platforms such as Paper, Folia and Velocity. Builds cover 1.21 – 26.3, with 1.10.0 as the latest file for 26.3.

How it compares
PartyBox is a client-side only Fabric mod under the MIT License, covering 1.21 – 26.2, so it runs without a server install. Mcedia Core is also client-side only and open source under the MIT License, for Fabric builds 1.21.1 – 26.2. Dream Displays needs both sides and is open source under the LGPL, but it adds server-synchronized playback.
