With Crosshair Addons Public, the crosshair gains extra icons when certain conditions are met, such as wearing an elytra.

What it does

When the player wears an elytra, a small elytra icon appears beneath the crosshair. A hitmarker appears when a projectile the player launched strikes another player, including bolts from a crossbow. A separate indicator shows when a player or hostile entity is within range and targeted.

The mod runs on the client alone, so only the player needs it and servers can run without it. It is published for Fabric only, with builds covering 1.19.4 – 26.3, and requires WalksyLib. Crosshair Addons Public is open source under the MIT License, and its source code and issue tracker are public.
