Combat Balance
by g66ol3eb5u
Combat Balance lets server owners and modpack makers change attribute values on weapons, armors, entities and item tags through a TOML file.
What it does
Combat Balance edits attribute values for items, item tags and entities. A server owner sets new numbers in a simple TOML configuration, and the changes apply to the matching weapons, armors or mobs. The configuration can be reloaded while the game runs, and a restart is needed only for some settings.
The mod is aimed at modpack authors and server administrators who want to tune combat without writing code. It supports modded attributes, so values added by other mods can be adjusted too, and it can change an entire tag at once instead of one item at a time. The author credits Caverns and Chasms among the modded attributes shown in screenshots.
Combat Balance is published for Forge and NeoForge, with files for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. The code is released under the MIT License and is not open source.
