Attribute Modify
by Etema
Attribute Modify lets server owners change item attributes through datapack files, without writing Java code for each change.
What it does
Attribute Modify edits the attribute modifiers of items, covering both vanilla attributes and those added by other mods. A datapack rule can add, replace, set or remove an attribute modifier, and it can remove one specific operation while leaving the others in place. Mining speed can be overridden while keeping speed multipliers from other sources, and the mod can raise the harvest capability of an item so it meets vanilla or modded mining tier requirements.
Rules can also redefine durability and set custom triggers for it, and they can disable the functional behavior of decorative items without deleting unrelated player effects. Weighted quality data can be rolled during crafting, loot generation and villager trades, and optional support covers Curios and Accessories slots. The mod needs only a datapack for its rules, and it runs on Forge and NeoForge, which both use the same files. Files are published for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1 builds, and rule files must follow the pack format of the Minecraft version in use.
