Cobblemon: Charms
Cobblemon: Charms grants charm items through Cobblemon progression, and equipped charms change how often certain Pokémon appear, shine or are caught.
What it does
Charms are earned by reaching gameplay milestones in Cobblemon, such as catching Pokémon, completing the Pokédex, training or exploring. Each charm is equipped through the Accessories mod and grants a bonus while it is worn. Shiny Charms raise the chance of a shiny encounter, EXP Charms raise the experience gained in battles, and Catch Charms raise Pokémon catch rates. Type Charms cover every Pokémon type, from Normal to Fairy, and make Pokémon of that type more likely to appear around the player. Equipping several copies of the same Type Charm increases its influence, and matching Pokémon receive the bonuses of every active charm that applies to them.
Multi-Charms combine several type charms into one slot, and an in-game toggle screen selects which types it carries. Up to two Multi-Charms can be worn together, which allows complex type combinations. Progression requirements scale automatically for Pokémon added to Cobblemon later, and a seen mode can count viewed species toward Pokédex progress instead of requiring a catch. Cobblemon: Charms is built on Accessories, Cobblemon, Fabric Language Kotlin and Kotlin for Forge, and Just Enough Items is an optional dependency. It runs on client and server, and is published for Fabric and NeoForge for 1.21.1 as version 1.7.0.

How it compares
Catch Indicator is a client-side only add-on under All rights reserved, published for 1.21.1 on Fabric and NeoForge, and it shows catch information rather than changing spawns. Cobblemon Where Does it Spawn? runs on client and server, is released under the MIT License, and covers the same 1.21.1 builds for Fabric and NeoForge. Cobblemon Pokedex Network is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only and also runs on client and server for 1.21.1.
