Cat Herder
by SweetRPG
Cat Herder enhances the cat pets in Minecraft, giving tamed cats special talents, smarter behavior and accessories.
What it does
Tamed cats gain special talents and a statistics record that tracks things like kills. The mod's AI makes cats behave more intelligently than vanilla cats, and an accessory system lets players dress them. A cat tracking and revival system helps players keep track of their pets and bring them back.
Cat Herder also adds pet doors that use wood types, so cats can move through their own entrances. Optional support is included for Autumnity, Biomes O' Plenty, Botania, Configured, Farmer's Delight, ItemPhysic, Just Enough Items (JEI) and Patchouli, which add content when installed. The mod is released under the MIT License and is open source; its source code, issue tracker and wiki are public.
Cat Herder runs on Forge and needs to be installed on the client and the server. Files cover 1.18 – 1.18.2, with 1.0.12 for 1.18.2 as the latest file, published on 2024-01-26.
