WATERFrAMES: Multimedia Displays
by SrRapero720
With WATERFrAMES: Multimedia Displays, players place frames and projectors that show images, GIFs and videos loaded from web addresses.
What it does
Displays come in several forms: frames, projectors, TVs and big TVs. Each one takes a video or image URL, and the content plays on the block surface. Local files can be shown through the WATERMeDIA multimedia library using water://local/ paths, and video playback support is included.
The mod is built for multiplayer and survival play. Server administrators can restrict which URLs are allowed, set permissions by game mode and control display settings. Viewers can be kept in sync with each other, and the author credits an earlier picture frame design as an inspiration.
Installation requires CreativeCore, Fabric API on Fabric, WATERMeDIA: Multimedia API and WATERViSION: VideoPlayer. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Files cover 1.18.2 – 1.21.8 for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and the code is under All rights reserved.
