UltraEffects
UltraEffects adds Ultrakill-style visual effects to Minecraft, such as a parry flash when a projectile is deflected, and can be configured.
What it does
The mod layers combat feedback onto the screen. A parry flash appears when a player deflects a projectile, and other actions trigger their own effects. The effects can be tuned in the mod's configuration, so each one can be kept, changed or turned off.
Two parts of the interface are replaced. An Ultrakill-like hotbar changes how the item bar looks, and a Style Meter tracks the player's performance during fights. The default flashing screen that appears below a set health percentage can be disabled.
UltraEffects runs only on the client, so players install it on their own game and servers do not need it. It requires Fabric API and MidnightLib, and is published for Fabric only across 9 release versions, 1.20.1 – 1.21.11. The code is not open source, and the mod is released under All rights reserved.
