Lightning Flash turns the white flash on a mob that lightning has struck into a visual effect, and it is built for Fabric on 26.2.

What it does

When a lightning bolt hits a mob, the mob briefly flashes white. The effect can be tuned through Mod Menu, which exposes the struck lightning time and the flash color. A blacklist tag and an exclude-entities option let server owners leave chosen mobs out. The change is a visual one, and it does not show on mobs with low health because they die from the strike first. Client and server both need the mod, and it is released under All rights reserved with its source code public. Cloth Config API is optional and adds a settings screen.

A simple mod that makes mobs flash white when struck by lightning. It's a nice visual change, however it won't be noticeable on mobs with low health since they just die.
