What it does

The mod adds a sword whose blade is a laser. Its crafting recipe and anvil use are part of the item set, and a blueprint keeps the template slot in the crafting grid. Laser blade attack upgrades change how the weapon fights, and the author notes they work alongside some combat improvement mods.

The laser blades are reported to work with several kinds of visual settings and shader packs. A separate resource pack, which may be redistributed, makes the blades emit light when the Lucent mod is present. A compatibility file for Lucent is also included with the mod.

Fabric API is required on every loader that uses it. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Builds exist for b1.7.3 – 26.1.2 across 17 release versions, with 17.0.0-beta.8+26.1.2 as the latest file for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge. Snapshot builds are published. The code is open source under the MIT License.
