With ToadLib installed, other mods can draw on a shared set of utilities, abstractions and a custom config system, and it is required by four other catalog mods.
What it does
ToadLib is a library mod by Mr.Toad, meant to be installed next to the mods that depend on it. It bundles utility classes for properties, integrations, blocks and items, world generation, entities and Java code, along with a custom configuration layer. Its Java utilities are published as a separate part of the project, named MtJava.
The mod requires Architectury API and Fabric API, and Mod Menu is optional. ToadLib runs on client and server, so both sides need it. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, across 24 release versions, 1.19.3 – 26.3, and the code is under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later, which makes it open source. Language files exist for English, Russian, Turkish and Ukrainian, and contributions for new translations are accepted through GitHub pull requests.

How it compares
Utils by ly-utils is open source under the MIT License and runs on the server, with files for 1.21 – 1.21.8 across all four loaders. SOM11 Utils is client-side only, Fabric only, for 1.20.4 – 1.21.5, and is not open source. CraterLib spans 1.18.2 – 26.3 on the same four loaders, is open source under the MIT License, and is optional on either side. Resource Gamma Util / Fullbright is client-side only and open source, with files for 1.21 – 26.3.
