Players who want extra blade options can add StarSource, a Forge mod that adds a set of drawn swords, each with its own special attack.
What it does
StarSource adds drawn swords ordered from weakest to strongest, plus the Starborne ingots used to craft them. The Wish item is included as a way to obtain Starsource Ingots: held in the inventory, it cancels a death, and consumed, it yields an ingot.
Each sword has a special attack triggered by its own input. The basic Draw Sword fires a quick volley of phantom blades toward the aimed spot, while the Super Shadow Sword spreads more than fifty phantom swords around the player. The Dragon Draw Sword is the strongest, combining a rapid cross cut with a spray of phantom flying blades and a sphere that pulls nearby creatures in. The mod is published for Forge only, for 1.20.1, with files also present for 1.7.10 and 1.12.2.

The Firelight and Final Fire swords create blue spheres that deal damage over time to creatures inside them.
