The boss is described as the strongest creature in the game. Its body is the biggest of the mod's mobs, and its durability and attack output are described as nearly unlimited. It can summon spirits to assist itself, which draws enemy attacks toward those spirits. The author notes say it cannot generate naturally, so players have to summon it. Fights are set at regular difficulty, Nightmare Mode and full difficulty, with health values scaled per tier.

The mod also adds a set of strong boss weapons, a combine table used to craft the items that the fight requires, and a targeted blasting item that deletes an entity with a single attack. Its storyline ties the boss to a Void Land, a Catacomb and a long-running story about a creature that other titans fear.
