SSHook
by unassignedxd
SSHook is a Fabric client mod that sends screenshots from Minecraft to a Discord channel through a webhook, with the sender's name and avatar attached.
What it does
Once a webhook URL is set, the client can upload screenshots to Discord. The webhook's display name is replaced by the Minecraft username of the player who uploaded the image, and the avatar shown is that player's own. The destination, including the URL, is defined in the mod's settings, so each user points the uploads at the channel they want.
An embed in the Server category can be configured to describe the server being shown in the post. If the server IP is left blank, a default value is used instead. On first run the mod generates a sshook-server.json file, and server installations can pick from three options for how it is set up. Fabric API is required, while Cloth Config API and Mod Menu are optional extras.
The mod is client-side only, so servers run without it and players need nothing extra to join. It is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license and is not open source, though its source code and issue tracker are public. Files cover 1.21.4, 1.21.5 and 1.21.10, with 1.0.0+1.21.10 for 1.21.10 as the latest build, published on 2025-12-05.
