Simple Health Indicator shows a small health readout above other players' nameplates, so a nearby player's health can be read at a glance.

What it does

Health is drawn near each player's name as a plain indicator. The player can press H to show or hide it. Fabric API is required, and the mod is published for Fabric only, with no Forge or NeoForge files. Builds cover 1.20 – 26.3, including snapshot builds, and the latest Fabric file is 11.0.0+26.3 for 26.3, published 2026-09-15.

The mod runs only on the client and does not need to be added to a server, so a player can join a server without installing it there. Mod Menu and ShadowHunter22's Config Library are optional. The config library enables the in-game settings, and the config menu can place the indicator in the Top position.

The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source. The first public release dates from 2024-01-08, and the last update was on 2026-09-15.
