Simple AutoPickup
by Lukarbonite
With Simple AutoPickup on a server, mined blocks, killed mob drops and experience orbs go straight to the player who caused them, without a manual pickup step.
What it does
Items from broken blocks and mobs killed by a player are added to that player's inventory instantly. When the inventory is full, leftover items are dropped at the player's feet instead of being lost. Collected experience is held briefly and then applied after a delay, which gives tools time to lose durability before any Mending enchantment can restore it. Experience orb entities are not spawned, which reduces server load.
The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything. Commands, a configuration screen or a Mod Menu entry each switch a feature on or off separately, and an administrator may set different values for particular players. Mob loot can be split with nearby players who took part in a kill, and per-server or per-world profiles let a client switch servers without reconfiguring. Fabric API is required, and Mod Menu and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) are optional.
Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 26 release versions, 1.12.2 – 26.3, under a custom license that is not open source. Public links exist for the source code and the issue tracker.

Instant item collection
Items from mined blocks and killed mobs go directly into the inventory of the player who caused them.
Overflow protection
When the inventory is full, items drop safely at the player's feet rather than disappearing.
Experience handling
Experience is applied after a short delay, letting tools take durability damage before Mending repairs them, and orb entities are not created.
Mob loot splitting
Drops and experience from a kill can be shared with nearby players who took part in the fight.
Per-player permissions
A three-tier permission system lets server admins override settings for specific players.
Granular control
Block pickup, block experience pickup, mob loot pickup and the master toggle can each be switched on or off.
