PvpTracker
by Zolloww
PvpTracker shows a small damage overlay during player-versus-player fights, listing the damage each side has dealt and taken.
What it does
When two players fight, a compact damage panel is drawn in the upper-left part of the screen. It shows the name of each player with the total damage that player has dealt and taken, and the numbers update on every tick while the hits land. Combat starts and ends on its own, so no command or key press is needed to begin tracking.
The overlay is removed as soon as either player dies, and it is not shown outside a fight. The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything; the server alone needs it. Fabric API is required. Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.21 and 1.21.1, and the latest file is 1.0.0 for 1.21.1, released 2026-03-14. The code is under All rights reserved and is not open source.
Key features
Damage overlay
A compact overlay in the top-left corner lists the total damage each fighting player has dealt and taken.
Automatic combat detection
Fights are detected from the hits themselves, so the overlay appears without any setup from players.
Live damage updates
The numbers refresh on every game tick, so the totals track the fight as it develops.
Instant start and clear
The overlay shows as soon as combat begins and vanishes the moment either player dies.

Use cases

Who it’s for: Server owners who run PvP events, duels or arenas and want a readout of damage dealt and taken without extra commands or interface clutter.

What the author says
A lightweight client-side Fabric mod for PvP combat damage tracking. The overlay disappears instantly when either player dies. No summary, no timers, no extra UI — just raw damage numbers during the fight.
