Poisoning Enchantment gives swords a way to poison the creatures they strike, and the level of the enchantment sets how long the effect lasts.
What it does
Swords carrying the Poisoning enchantment apply poison to the victims they hit. The enchantment tops out at two levels, and each level lengthens the duration of the poison. It can be found in enchantment table offers, in loot chests, and through trading with villagers.
The server must run the mod, while players may leave it out and still join. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, with the latest build for 26.3, and the project is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later.
