Passive Endermen

Passive Endermen stops endermen from teleporting, picking up blocks and attacking players who only look at them, through three config switches.
What it does
Endermen can be prevented from teleporting, from picking up and placing blocks, and from attacking first. Each of these three behaviors has its own option, and all three default to enabled. Players who look at an enderman are not targeted by default. The mod needs Collective, and it is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 29 release versions, 1.16.5 – 26.3. Only the server needs it, so players join without installing anything.
Key features
Teleport prevention
Endermen stop teleporting around the world when the teleport option is enabled, which is the default.
Block griefing prevention
Endermen cannot pick up or place blocks while the griefing option is active, protecting builds and farms.
Passive first strike
Endermen do not attack first when the matching option is on, and looking at them does not trigger aggression.

Prevent Enderman Block Pickup is server-side only, open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later, and runs on Fabric 1.21.1 – 26.2. Anti Enderman Grief is open source under the MIT License and covers 1.15 – 26.3 on all four loaders, with the server required and the client optional.
