What it does

OP Tools is a small Equipment mod that adds a set of enchantments to tools. The auto replant effect replaces harvested crops automatically, the tree breaker effect removes a log column in one action, and a gradual repair effect restores durability over time. Elemental enchantments add fire, ice, ground, water and lightning effects to weapons and tools. Each enchantment can be obtained through the enchanting table.

The mod requires Fabric API on Fabric. It is published for Fabric and NeoForge across 17 release versions, 1.20.4 – 26.3, and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. The code is released under the CC0 1.0 Universal license, and the source code and issue tracker are public. The first file appeared on 2024-09-09 and the latest on 2026-09-15.

Key features

  1. Auto replant enchantment

Crops broken with an enchanted tool are replanted automatically, so farms keep producing without manual replanting.

  2. Tree breaker enchantment

Breaking one log with the enchantment removes the connected logs of the tree in a single action.

  3. Gradual repair enchantment

Items with this enchantment regain durability slowly over time while they are used or carried.

  4. Elemental enchantments

Fire, ice, ground, water and lightning enchantments add elemental effects to weapons and tools.
