Nemo's Backpacks
by NemoNotFound
Players who carry many items can wear Nemo's Backpacks, a Fabric and NeoForge storage mod that adds colored backpacks with six material tiers and 9 to 54 slots each.
What it does
Each backpack comes in 17 colors: the 16 dye variants and a neutral default design. Six materials set the capacity, from the default 9 slots up through copper at 18, iron at 27, gold at 36 and diamond at 45, to netherite at 54 slots.
Backpacks are upgraded with Upgrade Smithing Templates found across the world, and each upgrade has to be applied one step at a time, so a player cannot jump straight to a higher tier. Nemo's Upgrade Templates and Fabric API are required, and Mod Menu and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) are optional, with YACL adding an in-game config screen. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Files cover 26.3, 26.2, 26.1.2 and other releases in the range 1.21.4 – 26.3, and the code is under All rights reserved, so the source is not open to reuse under an open license.
