Nekoma's Fixed is a Fabric mod that gathers Nekoma's gameplay ideas into one set of changes, with Fabric API required.
What it does
The changes come from the video ideas of Nekoma, a creator who has spent months testing parts of Minecraft and wanting the game to feel fuller. The mod gives forgotten items a purpose, reworks older mechanics and brings back concepts from past mob and biome votes, while keeping the vanilla feel. Its author, Green JAB, is listed as owner and lead developer. Fabric API is required, and the mod is published for Fabric only.
Its latest file is 0.5.4-26.3 for 26.3, released on 2026-10-02 on the beta channel. Builds cover 1.21.10 – 26.3, with files for 1.21.10, 1.21.11, 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3. Because the environment is client and server, both the server and every player need the mod.
The project is open source under the MIT License. The source code and a wiki are public, and the wiki has had basic changes. The first release was on 2025-12-04. Development is active, and new content is still being added as the mod is updated. The mod's own files are a fork of the earlier Green JAB's Fixed Mod, and an Ectoluminescence merge is planned, so the feature set may change across builds.
