MaceUtils
MaceUtils is a Fabric client-side utility for mace combat, showing live speed, reach, target health and attack readiness on screen.
What it does
The mod is built mainly for mace spear servers that run player-versus-player fights. It draws a velocity meter bar with the current horizontal speed as a percentage of the maximum charge, along with an estimated damage value and a speed readout in blocks per tick. A jab cooldown bar shows when the next attack is ready again.
Target analysis on the crosshair shows the living entity under it, with its current HP as a health bar and how much more speed is needed to reach a lethal hit. A reach warning flashes TOO CLOSE when a target is within 2 blocks. An options button in the top corner of the main menu opens advanced options, and changes save automatically when the menu closes. MaceUtils depends on AStudioLib and Fabric API, and registers its subcommands under the studiolib maceutils path. It runs on Fabric for 1.21.11 and 26.1 – 26.1.2, with 1.3.0 for 26.1.2 as the latest file, and it is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
Key features
Velocity meter
A bar gauges sprint-charge speed as a share of the mace's full potential, with an estimated damage value beside it.
Target analysis
The entity under the crosshair shows its name, a color-coded distance and a live health bar that shifts from green to orange to red.
Combat timer
A 15-second countdown runs per target and resets on each re-hit, so the time since the last hit is always visible.
Three-tab menu
The Mace Spear Combat menu groups different sets of features into three tabs, and entries animate with slide and fade effects.
