With MoveLearner, players can teach Pokémon new attacks from a menu that lists every move a Pokémon can learn, and server owners set each move's price.
What it does
MoveLearner is a Pokémon addon that lets players learn attacks through a dedicated menu, instead of waiting for a level or relying on a single tutor. The menu lets a player select the Pokémon, pick the move it should learn, and see the full list of moves the Pokémon has already taken. Support for Pixelmon and Cobblemon is built in, so the same screen works on either base mod.
The mod is server-side only: only the server needs it, and players join without installing anything. It is released under the MIT License and is open source. Builds are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, covering the 1.16.5 and 1.21.1 game versions, with the latest Fabric and NeoForge files at 1.6.1 for 1.21.1. It requires Cobblemon, ExtraLib and Pixelmon, and works with CobbleDollars and Impactor for economy-based pricing.

Cobblemon Granular Shinies is a server-side Fabric, Forge and NeoForge mod for 1.20.1 – 1.21.1 under the MIT License, but it is not open source and changes shiny rates rather than move learning.
