Modern World Creation restyles the Create World screen, replacing the vanilla layout with a more modern look and hover animations on the game mode buttons.

What it does

The mod swaps out the vanilla Create World screen for a redesigned one. Game mode buttons get smooth hover animations, and the whole screen can be driven with the arrow and tab keys. A few visual aspects of the screen can be adjusted in the config, and a game restart is needed after changing them. Fabric API and Konkrete are both required, and the environment is client-side only, so only the player's game needs the mod. Files exist for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with the latest builds for 1.20.1 and 1.21.4.
