ModelDumper
by tr7zw
ModelDumper, a client-side Fabric mod, exports the models players see in-game to files for use in other tools.
What it does
Rendered models are written to .obj files together with their textures. The dump covers player entities too, including armor, held items, capes and the layers of a 3D skin. Output goes to a ModelDumps folder inside the game directory. The mod needs Fabric API and runs on the Fabric loader for 1.19 – 1.20.1, with files for 1.20.1 as the latest build. It is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only and is open source.
