Mob Numerical Indicator

Mob Numerical Indicator shows floating numbers above mobs for their health, armor, remaining air and active effects, along with damage and healing as they happen.
What it does
Each indicator is drawn above a nearby mob. The health indicator shows a heart icon with the mob's current HP, the armor indicator shows the armor value, and the oxygen indicator shows remaining air time in seconds for mobs underwater. A damage or heal indicator flashes briefly with how much HP was lost or gained, and an effect indicator lists active status effect icons with their remaining duration.
The mod runs on the client alone, so players do not need it on the server and can join vanilla servers without installing anything. It requires Fabric Loader and Fabric API, and it works with Cloth Config API 1.21.x or YetAnotherConfigLib 26.x for in-game settings. Mod Menu is recommended for opening those settings. Files cover 1.21 – 26.2 for Fabric, and the latest file, 2.1.0, targets 26.2 and dates from 2026-07-21.
The source code and issue tracker are public. The code is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, which places it in the public domain as far as the law allows, so it is open source.

Health indicator

Briefly shown numbers display how much HP a mob lost or gained each time it was hit or healed.
Filtering options
Settings choose which mobs show indicators: always, only aggressive mobs, only damaged ones, only the one under the crosshair, or invisible mobs.
Display tuning
Scale, maximum distance, vertical offset, text shadow and the armor-zero display can all be adjusted.
