microDurability
by NebelNidas
microDurability shows armor durability bars just above the hotbar and warns players when a tool or piece of armor is close to breaking.
What it does
Durability bars for worn armor appear directly above the hotbar in a compact layout, so the display uses little screen space. Warnings signal when a tool or armor piece is about to break. The mod runs on the client alone, and servers do not need it. It requires Cloth Config API, and Mod Menu is optional for opening its settings. Builds are published for Fabric across 20 release versions, 1.16.5 – 1.21.1, under the Mozilla Public License 2.0, and the code is open source.
Key features
Armor durability bars
Bars for each worn armor piece sit right above the hotbar, showing remaining durability at a glance.
Minimal screen footprint
The display is built to take little room, leaving the hotbar area clear of extra clutter.
Break warnings
Equipment is flagged when it is close to breaking, so players can replace it in time.
