Enchantment Tags

by QWERTY44444

Enchantment Tags shows enchantment labels for the held item in a small HUD above the hotbar, with customizable text and colors.

FabricClient-side onlyMIT License1.21.11

What it does

The HUD lists the enchantments on the held item as tags, and it can also show the breach value of a held mace. Several enchantments can be displayed at the same time, each with its own custom text and color. The position of the display can be moved, so it sits where the rest of the interface leaves room.

The mod is a client-side Fabric mod for 1.21.11, so only the player's client needs it and a server does not. Its settings open from Mod Menu, which is an optional dependency, and the config screen is searchable with results grouped by enchantment and setting. The license is the MIT License, and the code is not open source.

Key features

  1. Held item tags

Enchantment labels for the item in the player's hand appear above the hotbar while it is held.

  2. Multiple enchantments

Several enchantments on one item can be shown together rather than one at a time.

  3. Custom text and colors

Each enchantment tag can use its own wording and color, set in the configuration.

  4. Movable display

The HUD position can be changed, so the tags stay readable without covering the combat view.
