Lodestone Teleportation lets a compass point at a lodestone placed in an item frame, creating a fixed teleportation point that players can travel to.
What it does
Holding a compass that points at a lodestone set in an item frame lets a player teleport to that location. The compass can be overwritten to choose a different fixed destination. Entities can also travel over the lodestone, so the player does not need to hold the compass for the teleport to happen.
The mod is a simple quality-of-life addition delivered as a datapack for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt. Teleports work across dimensions and behave like a portal, with extra items and advanced configuration available for shifting between points. The server needs the mod; players can join without it. Builds cover 1.21 – 26.3 across 17 release versions, and the code is not open source.
