Ender Compass adds a crafted item that teleports its holder to a linked lodestone, and it works in non-vanilla dimensions too.

What it does

A crafted Ender Compass, once linked to a lodestone, sends its holder to that lodestone. The teleport also works across dimensions modded worlds add, since the mod does not limit travel to the vanilla overworld, nether and end. Only the server needs to run it, so players can join a server that has it without installing anything. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, covering game versions 1.21.2 – 26.3, and the code is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later.
