Label My Items lets players attach text labels to items, and the labels show up in the item tooltip.

What it does

Players can attach a label to an item, and the label appears in the item's tooltip when the item is held or hovered. An item can carry several labels, each shown on its own line. The Item Label Eraser removes labels from an item when they are no longer wanted. Fabric API is required for the mod to run. Label My Items is published for Fabric across 11 release versions, 1.21.1 – 1.21.11, under the MIT License, and the source code is open source.

A basic mod that adds the Item Label and the Eraser, which are used together to manage item labels. To create a label, get an Item Label and right-click on it with a Name Tag. The created label will reflect the custom name of the Name Tag.
