KoHs Inventory Tweaks changes how the inventory screen handles the cursor, item highlighting and visual styling, and it is a client-side successor to KoHs Inv Cursor.

What it does

Cursor placement is the core of the mod. Center Mouse Fix places the pointer in the middle of the screen once, before the inventory opens, so the first move does not jump. Cursor Landing selects where the pointer appears when a container opens, with separate settings for single and double chests and Ender Chests, and each container can be disabled to keep vanilla behavior.

Visual options cover slot frame colors, backdrop darkness and opacity, and a background that can be a cropped image, a GIF or a short video. Item Highlighter marks vanilla items chosen in a search and colors slots, borders and hotbar entries. Resource-pack aware styling applies the mod's customization over the active inventory texture. A configuration menu gathers these settings, and the mod keeps the normal Minecraft inventory rules.

Fabric API is required. Mod Menu is optional and gives access to the configuration screen from the mods list. The mod is open source under the MIT License and is published for Fabric only, with builds covering 1.21.11 – 26.2.
