Healt Alert Tweaks gives Fabric players a configurable low-health vignette and heartbeat alert, shown when health drops below a chosen threshold.
What it does
When health falls under a configurable threshold, a colored vignette fades over the screen and a heartbeat sound can play. The vignette grows stronger and its pulse quickens as health gets lower. Color, transparency, size, intensity and animation style are all adjustable, and the vignette can fade in and out smoothly instead of appearing abruptly.
Every option sits in a custom Mod Menu screen split into tabs for visual tweaks and sound settings. Players can pick a vignette color from a palette-style selector or fix the intensity with a static color mode and an intensity slider, then tune the heartbeat volume and strength to match their own style. The mod is client-side only, so only the player's game needs it, and it needs Fabric API and Mod Menu to run.
The mod is published for Fabric only, with builds covering 1.21 – 1.21.11 and 1.0.21+1.21.11 as the latest file. The code is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved.
