Kitchen Projectiles
Kitchen Projectiles lets players throw Farmer's Delight knives, which then behave like tridents when they hit a target.
What it does
Kitchen Projectiles makes the knives from Farmer's Delight throwable, and it works with Farmer's Delight Refabricated on Fabric. Knives can take extra enchantments, and a knife enchanted with Backstabbing still deals damage when it returns without having hit a mob yet. Requires Forgified Fabric API on the loader it runs on, along with Fabric API, Farmer's Delight and Farmer's Delight Refabricated. The environment is client and server, and the mod is published for 1.20.1 – 26.3 under the MIT License, which is open source.
Key features
Throwable knives
Farmer's Delight knives are thrown like crossbow bolts, three at a time, and only the middle knife is picked up afterward.
Trident-style damage
A thrown knife deals strong damage on impact, comparable to a trident, and can be used in place of melee attacks.
Extra enchantments
Knives receive additional enchantments, and Backstabbing works on thrown knives without needing invisibility.

What the author says
Knives are great for cooking. They're also great for throwing. Kitchen Projectiles allows you to throw knives from Farmer's Delight (Refabricated). Knives are thrown just like tridents and deal as much damage as they do for melee attacks.
