In Peace

by Dashy22

In Peace adds natural food items, blocks and status effects that help players in the wild, and its own short progression branch.

FabricForgeNeoForgeQuiltClient and serverAll rights reserved1.20.1

What it does

The mod adds food items drawn from nature, along with blocks and effects meant to help a player get through the early game. Some items are inspired by the traditions of native peoples, given a slight twist of their own. Players who gather or cook food find new recipes to work with alongside the vanilla ones.

In Peace includes a short, mini progression branch, so its items form a small path rather than a full tech tree. It runs on the client and on the server, so both need the mod, and it requires Fabric API. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, all for 1.20.1, with 1.0.4 as the latest build, released under All rights reserved, which means it is not open source. The author has archived the project, so development has stopped.

Key features

  1. Natural food items

Food items built around plants and natural ingredients, each with its own use in the mod.

  2. Helpful blocks and effects

Blocks and status effects that support the player during exploration and survival.

  3. Items inspired by native traditions

Some items draw loosely on the traditions of native peoples, with their own adapted design.

  4. Short progression branch

A small progression path gates items and blocks in order, without a long tech tree.

  5. Random exploding blocks

A few blocks behave unpredictably and can explode, adding a risky element to building and mining.
