Honse
by Jam Core
Honse changes how horses look and behave in Minecraft, turning ordinary mounts into a fantastical creature.
What it does
Honse replaces the appearance of horses so they read as majestic, mystical animals rather than the plain mounts of the base game. It is a client-side only mod: only the client needs it, and a server can run without it. Files are published for Fabric and Quilt, both for 1.19, under the MIT License as open source, and the mod requires JamLib to run.
Key features

Horses are redrawn to look grander, changing the look of mounts across the world.
Mystical creature design
The horse is presented as a fantastical creature rather than a common animal.
Client-side rendering
Only players who install it see the changed horses, and the change needs no server installation.
