Hide Invis Kills changes how death messages in chat name a player who was invisible when they died.

What it does

Whenever an invisible player kills another player, or dies without outside help, the victim's or killer's name is replaced in the chat death message. The message still reports the death, so the event is visible in chat while the killer's identity stays hidden. A slain mob reads as usual, and a hidden killer appears as an anonymous player.

Key features

  1. Censored death messages

    A kill made by an invisible player is reported in chat with the player's name replaced, keeping the identity private.

  2. Self-inflicted deaths

    If an invisible player dies on their own, the chat message hides their name in the same way.

  3. Mob kills stay readable

    Deaths caused by mobs such as a zombie still show the slain entity, so only the identity of invisible players is removed.
