EmoteMotion
by NeoVai
Players who want their character to move with more life can use EmoteMotion, a Fabric add-on that drives animations through Emotecraft.
What it does
EmoteMotion adds animations to the player model for walking, running, jumping, falling and landing after a fall. An AFK animation plays while a player is idle. Movement animations are shown to other players who also run Emotecraft, so the effect is visible on servers that use it. The mod is built for Minecraft 1.21.9 and adds animated movement on top of Emotecraft's system.
Installing EmoteMotion requires Emotecraft, Fabric API and Player Animation Library. Only the client needs the mod, so players can join servers without installing it, while those who do install it see the animations on any Emotecraft-enabled server. Files are published for Fabric only, for the game versions 1.21.9, 1.21.10 and 1.21.11, with 1.3.0-alpha for 1.21.11 as the latest file. The mod is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only and is open source.
Key features
Movement animations
Walking, running, jumping, falling and landing each have their own animation that plays while the character moves.
Idle animation
An AFK animation plays when the player stops moving for a while, so an idle character still looks active.
Attack animations
Three attack animations cover the left hand, the right hand and the leg, and a separate set of three applies while holding a sword.
Visible to other players
Other players running Emotecraft see these movement animations on the character, not only the local player.

Use cases
Roleplay and social servers
Players on servers that run Emotecraft can show expressive movement in chat areas and shared builds.
Adventure play
Landings, falls and combat swings give each action a visible reaction while exploring.
Who it’s for: Players who already use Emotecraft on Fabric and want walking, combat and idle motion to look more dynamic. Server owners do not need to install anything for players to join.
