Doubles Useless stuff adds a large set of extra tools, blocks, mobs and a Ruby-themed biome to Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge.
What it does
The mod adds many items, including pickaxes, swords, axes, hoes, shovels and katanas, along with extra blocks and mobs. Much of the added content is built around ruby, with ruby ore, a ruby block, ruby tools and a ruby sword, hoe, axe, pickaxe and shovel. A katana with a wind ability and a scary mob that the author adds for fun are also part of the content.
Ruby content reaches the world as well, through a Ruby Dimension and a Ruby Biome that the player can visit. The author notes that the content may keep growing, with additions suggested through the comments on the author's video. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. Files are published for Forge only, for Minecraft 1.20.1, and the latest file is 1.0.1 for 1.20.1, dated 2024-12-14. The license is All rights reserved, so the code is not open source.
