The Rem is a Forge cursed mod that adds a spooky character named REM to 1.20.1 worlds, along with glitch ore, glitch ingots and a glitch sword.
What it does
Players meet REM, a spooky character the author describes as supposedly named REM, who appears in the world and is central to the mod's content. The content is built around a story-driven forest where a black figure disappears, and a few seconds later REM spawns right behind the player and eliminates them. Both client and server need the mod, so every player on the server must install it. It is not open source, and it is licensed as All rights reserved.
Glitch ore, glitch ingots and a glitch sword round out the item set, so the scares connect to a small progression of materials and a weapon. Files exist only for Forge 1.20.1, with version 1.0.0 published on 2024-06-14 on the alpha channel.
