Door Jam makes doors, trapdoors and chests on a server occasionally jam when they are opened, a cursed effect that Fabric and Quilt servers can run.

What it does

Rusty copper doors are the most likely to jam, and copper doors, trapdoors and chests can also fail to open when clicked, which makes them behave more unpredictably than plain wooden doors. Redstone still powers waxed blocks, and those are unaffected by the jamming. The effect works on the server alone, so doors may only appear to flicker on a client that does not have the mod.

Door Jam is server required and client optional, and it is released under the MIT License as open source. Fabric API is required, and Metal Fences is an optional dependency. Builds cover 1.20.3 – 26.3 on Fabric and Quilt.
