Dimensional Tracker

Dimensional Tracker colors player nicknames and names based on the dimension each player is currently in, on Fabric, NeoForge and Quilt servers.
What it does
Players who travel between the overworld, the nether and the end can be shown with a different color and label in chat and in the player list. The mod reads the dimension a player is in and applies a color to the nickname, with the dimension name or its identifier available as a placeholder. The namespace minecraft is removed from identifiers, so vanilla dimensions show short names, while other namespaces are joined with the word becomes in the displayed text. Color names are picked per dimension, so a server can tell at a glance where each player is.
Nicknames are tinted through vanilla scoreboard teams, and the mod also exposes optional placeholders that work with Text Placeholder API, an optional dependency it can use. Fabric API is required on Fabric, and the mod is published for Fabric, NeoForge and Quilt. It runs on the server only, so players join without installing anything. The code is open source under the MIT License, and files exist for 1.20 – 26.3 with 1.6.0 as the latest Fabric and NeoForge build for 26.3.

Colors are set through vanilla scoreboard teams, so other tools that read teams can use the same colors.
Namespace cleanup
The minecraft namespace is stripped from dimension identifiers, and other namespaces are joined with becomes for readable labels.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Server owners running multiplayer worlds with several dimensions, and admins who want dimension labels in chat or the tab list. Clients do not need the mod.

Config Manager is server-side only, open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, and published for 1.20 – 26.3 on Fabric, NeoForge and Quilt. Dimensional Inventories is server-side only, open source under the MIT License, and published for Fabric only, for 1.19.2 – 26.3.
