Debug Stick Usage

Debug Stick Usage lets players use a debug stick in survival mode, with the block-state and config options described below.
What it does
A debug stick changes block states when used: left click cycles through a property and right click applies it, so the change can be made without the creative inventory. Debug Stick Usage allows the stick to be crafted and used in survival, so players do not need creative mode to choose a property.
Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. It is published for NeoForge only, with files for 1.21 – 26.1.2 covering 6 release versions, and the latest file is 0.0.2 for 26.1.2. The code is open source under the MIT License.
