Custom World Icons lets players pick their own icon for each world, applied when the world is created and shown in the world list.

What it does

Players can choose a custom icon for a world during creation, so each save can be told apart in the world list. The icon shows at a higher resolution in that list than the default artwork.

The mod runs on the client only, so players install it themselves and servers need nothing. It requires Fabric API and is released under the MIT License as open source, with builds for Fabric covering 1.19 – 1.20.1.
