Cherished Trades
by rodrigograc4
Cherished Trades lets players bookmark villager trades so the offers they want stay within reach in the trading screen.
What it does
Players can bookmark a villager trade and keep it pinned at the top of the list, which shortens the search when a villager has many offers. The mod also shows the lowest price an enchanted book can be bought for, so a player can see whether a trade is worth taking. A price offset can be set in the config, which changes the displayed prices.
Cherished Trades is a client-side mod. Only the player's client needs it, and a server can run without it. It requires Fabric API, and Mod Menu is optional for opening its settings. Cloth Config API is bundled inside the mod, so nothing extra is needed for its options screen. Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.21.10, 1.21.11 and 26.3, and the latest file is 1.2.0 for 26.3, released on 2026-09-27. The mod is released under the MIT License and is open source, with its source code and issue tracker public.

Use cases
Repeated trading with one villager
A player who keeps returning to a librarian or armorer can keep the wanted offer at the top instead of scrolling past the rest.
Checking enchanted book prices
Before buying a book from a librarian, a player can compare its lowest price against the offer shown on the trade.
Who it’s for: Players who trade often with villagers in single-player or on multiplayer servers, since only the client needs the mod.
