With Bombs by Juix, players craft and place several explosive types, from small bombs to a 20-power atomic bomb, through a datapack and a set of mod items.
What it does
Bombs by Juix is a datapack that adds a small number of custom TNT types alongside a few bomb items. Some of them are lit, others are placed already ignited, and a projectile version can be thrown like TNT. Explosion power varies by type, from 3 for the smaller and dangerous bombs, through 7 for the bigger TNT, to 20 for the atomic bomb. The toxic bomb leaves the surrounding area unbreathable, and the atomic bomb carries radioactivity, so the consequences grow with the size of the blast.
Bombs are craftable, and they can also be placed through commands, which suits minigames that need explosions at set points. Boosted, hyper boosted and normal variants of the bomb are available. Custom textures are optional and come from the separate Juix Resources v1.4 resource pack, which can be added alongside the datapack version to change how the bombs look. Bombs by Juix is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 17 release versions, 1.21 – 26.3. Only the server has to run it, and players may leave it out.

Small TNT is a server-side mod under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, published for 1.21.5 – 26.3, and it is not open source. Explosions Chase You covers the same 1.21.5 – 26.3 range with the same environment and license, so it offers a different kind of explosion behavior. Atomic Bomb is also an explosive mod, but it is limited to NeoForge and 1.21.8, requires both client and server, and is under All rights reserved.
