Bard (RPG Series Plus) adds a supporting class to the RPG Series, with a Spell Book of buff, heal and support spells that party members can use.
What it does
The mod adds the Bard, a class built to support and enhance the rest of a party by raising their stats. A Bard equips a Spell Book and gains access to its spells, which cover supporting effects, enhancing buffs and minor heals. The Spell Book is used by holding a weapon, either vanilla or from a third-party mod, while the book is equipped.
The Spell Binding Table can be found in village structures or crafted directly, provided bookshelves surround it. Songs and ballads are played with instruments that are also crafted with this mod, and fast-attacking rapiers join the set of new weapons. Installation requires Armor Model API, More RPG Library, Ranged Weapon API, Spell Engine and Structure Pool API. The mod runs on both client and server, and it is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with files for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1. The mod is not open source and is released under All rights reserved.
