Arst Motion Blur
by arstneio
Arst Motion Blur adds a camera motion blur effect to the game, with keybinds for toggling it and adjusting its strength, and it is a fork of Noryea's Motion Blur.
What it does
The mod draws a motion blur over the screen as the camera moves, so turning and walking look smoother. The toggle key is set to M by default, and the strength can be raised or lowered with two keybinds that are unbound until a player assigns them. The author describes the result as making the game look smoother.
Arst Motion Blur was made as an upgraded version of Noryea's Motion Blur, and it reuses some of that project's shader code. Its shader is written in GLSL 330 rather than GLSL 120, which the author expects to run on more platforms. The original goal was to make motion blur work on M1 MacBooks, and more features were added later. The mod requires MidnightLib and Satin API, and Mod Menu is optional. Players add it to their own game, and a server needs no copy. Files exist for Fabric and Quilt, released under the MIT License and open source.
Key features
Motion blur toggle
A keybind turns the motion blur effect on and off, with M as the default key.
Adjustable blur strength
Two keybinds increase and decrease the blur strength, and both start unbound.
GLSL 330 shader
The blur shader uses GLSL 330, where the parent project used GLSL 120.
Derived from Noryea's Motion Blur
The mod is an upgraded fork of Noryea's Motion Blur and reuses parts of its shader code.

Who it’s for: Players who want a motion blur effect on Fabric or Quilt, and anyone looking for a client-side visual option without server changes.

What the author says
This mod adds motion blur effect to Minecraft. Requires MidnightLib and Satin API. It is not a fork of Noryea's Motion Blur but I did refer to some of its code. The shader code in Noryea's mod uses GLSL 120 which is not supported by some devices while Arst Motion Blur uses GLSL 330 and presumably supports more…
