Analog Audio brings radio blocks, speakers and walkie talkies to NeoForge 1.21.1 worlds, with positional sound on Create and Sable contraptions.
What it does
Radio blocks give accurate positional audio on Create contraptions and trains, and on Sable contraptions and vehicles. Speaker blocks broadcast incoming walkie talkie transmissions on their frequency, and when Simple Voice Chat is installed they also work on Sable contraptions and vehicles.
Walkie talkies send a player's voice to other walkie talkies and speakers tuned to the same frequency. The mod is a NeoForge mod for 1.21.1 and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Create Aeronautics, Sable, Simple Voice Chat, Plasmo Voice, Create, Sound Physics Remastered and YetAnotherConfigLib are the named optional companions, and YetAnotherConfigLib is bundled inside the mod.
The mod is released under a custom license and is not open source, though its source code and issue tracker are public. Files were first published on 2026-04-21, and the latest NeoForge file, 0.1.5-hotfix.1+1.21.1, dates from 2026-08-17.
